    探索了几天 Fable 5.1，按宝玉老师的思路调了一遍，终于摸到它的最佳用法：

    Effort 设 Medium（别开 Max，额度会 ×1.5）

    默认模型用 Fable 5.1新开一个 Agent Session，只在第一条提示词末尾加一句：Fable 5.1 只负责思考和规划，具体任务交给 sub agent with Opus 5

    效果很不错，Claude 总额度和 Fable 总额度按固定比例一起消耗，当前Session后续调研、执行则会自动派给 Opus 5 Sub Agent。

      大部分任务你选 Fable + High（或者Medium，千万别Max及以上），然后后面加一句：
