Claude Code 从 2.1.277 起加入原生 AGENTS.md 支持：只有在本任务文件夹与上级未发现 CLAUDE.md / .claude/CLAUDE.md / CLAUDE.local.md 时才会去读 AGENTS.md，可在 /config 项中切换。Codex 与 Claude Code 现在共用同一份 AGENTS.md，多 harness 同仓可少一份双重说明。与 Codex 不同：Claude Code 明确不会读 AGENTS.override.md；统一优先级是项目 CLAUDE.md > 用户级 ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md 不会拦住回退 > AGENTS.md；Bedrock/Vertex/Foundry 临时没有；升级后首个会话可能还不会读，从下一次会话开始。

Claude Code 2.1.277 adds native AGENTS.md support: when there is no CLAUDE.md / .claude/CLAUDE.md / CLAUDE.local.md in the cwd or its parents, Claude falls back to AGENTS.md; the behavior is toggleable under /config. Codex and Claude Code can now share one AGENTS.md file, so multi-harness repositories stop needing dual documentation. Differences from Codex: Claude Code explicitly does not read AGENTS.override.md; the precedence is project CLAUDE.md > ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md (which does NOT block fallback) > AGENTS.md; Bedrock/Vertex/Foundry do not have it yet; the first session after upgrade may not pick it up — start counting from the next session.
